Brookstone Telecom, Inc. is committed to protecting employees against safety and health hazards at the workplace in accordance with federal, state, and local law.  We are continually updating and modifying our safety program to make our company a safer place in which we work.

Brookstone Telecom, Inc. has a personal commitment to promote an ethical, professional, and safe work environment.  We hold safety as a high priority, it is a belief we live by everyday and shall never be compromised by cost constraints or scheduling.  Peoples' lives depend on it!

Having an in house Environmental Health and Safety  Manager dedicated solely to safety on our jobs and training has helped reduce on the job accidents/incidents and near misses.  Our EH&S Manager is involved with our jobs from the start by attending job reviews with the Project Managers. Time is spent identifying any potential hazards such as: Controlled Descent,  Lift Plan, accessing antennas, manlift, scaffolding, pedestrians, traffic control, objects falling prevention, fall restraint or fall arrest, general fall protection which includes not allowing fall hazards from roof tops, electrical, chemical exposure, existing sites for RF exposure.   Eighty percent of the EH&S Managers time is spent in the field doing site inspections, reviewing job safety sheets, presenting tailgate meetings and reviewing site specific safety procedures.
